About the MNHBPA

The Minnesota Horsemen’s Benevolent & Protective Association, Inc. (Minnesota HBPA) is committed to serving its members with integrity, transparency, and open communication. Board meetings provide an opportunity to discuss the issues, initiatives, and decisions that shape Thoroughbred racing and the horsemen we represent throughout Minnesota.
